The Sales Kanvasing position with Orangtua Group is a dynamic, field‑based role focused on expanding product reach throughout Kab. Bandung and Majalaya. As a Sales Motorist, you will act as the brand’s ambassador, delivering a hands‑on sales experience directly to retail outlets and end‑customers. The position offers a structured work week from Monday to Saturday, with daily hours from 07:30 to 17:00, allowing you to develop a reliable routine while engaging with a diverse customer base across the region.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes to visit assigned stores, kiosks, and direct customers, ensuring product availability and visibility.
- Present and demonstrate the full product portfolio, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotional offers.
- Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with store owners, managers, and individual buyers, fostering trust and repeat business.
- Monitor and manage on‑hand stock levels during deliveries, performing inventory checks and reporting any discrepancies to the warehouse team.
- Accurately record each transaction, update sales logs, and prepare concise daily reports for the regional sales manager.
- Communicate upcoming promotions, new product launches, and pricing changes to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
- Maintain optimal product presentation in stores, arranging merchandise according to company visual standards and ensuring shelf compliance.
- Analyze sales performance against set targets, identify growth opportunities, and propose actionable strategies to improve market penetration.
- Provide feedback from the field regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to support product development and marketing initiatives.
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while operating the company‑provided vehicle, and ensure timely submission of mileage and fuel expense reports.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA), Vocational High School (SMK), or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age restriction.
- Zero to two years of sales experience is acceptable, though a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly to varied customer personalities.
- Basic administrative competence for accurate sales recording and reporting.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently while following a predefined route schedule.
- Physical stamina to handle daily travel, load and unload merchandise, and stand for extended periods during store visits.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; familiarity with the Bandung and Majalaya road network is a plus.
- Proficiency in Indonesian; additional language skills are advantageous but not required.
