Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Graphic Designer for Digital Product Development to join our fast‑growing creative team. In this role, you will combine your artistic vision with technical expertise to ensure that every digital asset is produced efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing specialists to translate concepts into compelling visual experiences while maintaining strict production schedules and machine performance standards. If you thrive in a hands‑on environment, enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment, and have a keen eye for detail, we want you on board.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre‑production tests to verify that all machines (laser cutters, CNC routers, etc.) are operating within optimal parameters before any design work begins.
- Configure and upload operational data to each machine, aligning settings with specific production requirements such as material type, thickness, and finish.
- Continuously monitor machine performance throughout the production cycle, adjusting feeds, speeds, and power levels in real time to prevent errors.
- Perform calibration procedures before and after each production run, documenting any deviations and ensuring repeatable results.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or software issues on the spot, applying technical manuals and problem‑solving skills to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with supply‑chain and inventory teams to guarantee that all raw materials (acrylic sheets, wood panels, etc.) are available and prepared on schedule.
- Implement routine maintenance plans—daily, weekly, and monthly—covering cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements for laser cutters, CNC routers, and auxiliary equipment.
- Prepare detailed production reports for supervisors, highlighting machine efficiency, material consumption, and any incidents that occurred.
- Collaborate with design staff to ensure that artwork files are production‑ready, adhering to file format, resolution, and color specifications.
- Mentor junior operators and interns, sharing best practices for equipment handling, safety protocols, and quality control.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 37 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience operating laser cutting, CNC routing, or comparable large‑scale production machinery.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals for a variety of machines.
- Strong knowledge of machine tooling, calibration techniques, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to operate and troubleshoot major production devices safely and efficiently.
- Solid foundation in graphic design software, especially CorelDRAW, with an eye for detail and layout precision.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, capable of diagnosing issues quickly and implementing effective solutions.
- Effective communication skills for reporting to supervisors and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary with performance‑based incentives.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
- Opportunities for professional development, including training on the latest design and production technologies.
- Employee discount on company‑produced digital products and merchandise.
- Safe, modern work environment equipped with state‑of‑the‑art machinery and ergonomic workstations.
- Team‑building activities and a collaborative culture that encourages creativity and innovation.
