We are seeking a dynamic Sales DTD Wi‑Fi professional to join our growing team at the Cibubur office. This role focuses on acquiring new residential, business, and office customers, delivering compelling product presentations, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for helping customers stay connected.
Responsibilities
- Sales Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential customers in residential complexes, corporate offices, and small‑to‑medium enterprises. Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing, attend community events, and leverage digital leads to build a robust pipeline.
- Product Presentation & Demonstration: Deliver clear, persuasive presentations of MyRepublic’s fiber optic and Wi‑Fi packages, highlighting speed, reliability, and value‑added services such as streaming bundles and smart home integrations.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales quotas, employing cross‑selling and up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue per customer.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish trust‑based relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, resolve service issues, and follow up post‑installation to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting & Market Analysis: Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports, track conversion rates, and analyze competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration with Support Teams: Coordinate with technical, billing, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing, accurate service activation, and timely delivery of promotional materials.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest telecommunications trends, MyRepublic product enhancements, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to prospects.
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude or experience in customer‑facing roles is a plus.
- Key skills: excellent communication, persuasive negotiation, problem‑solving, time management, and basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently, handle rejection positively, and maintain a results‑driven attitude.
