We are seeking a dedicated and professional Driver Direksi to support our senior executive team in Jakarta and the greater JABODETABEK region. The successful candidate will be the trusted liaison between the executive office and the road, ensuring seamless transportation for meetings, site visits, and official events.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for the company’s directors and senior managers across Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi.
- Plan daily routes using real‑time traffic data and navigation tools to optimize travel time and fuel efficiency.
- Maintain a spotless, well‑serviced fleet of electric and European‑make vehicles, performing routine checks on oil, tires, brakes, and battery levels.
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling, ensuring that all necessary documentation (insurance, registration, and permits) is up‑to‑date.
- Assist executives with loading and unloading of documents, equipment, and personal items while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prepare detailed trip logs, mileage reports, and expense statements for reimbursement and auditing purposes.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies, conducting regular safety briefings for passengers as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for external partners, handling courteous communication and managing expectations during pickups and drop‑offs.
- Utilize an Android smartphone (minimum 4 GB RAM) for navigation, communication, and reporting applications.
- Stay informed about emerging mobility trends, especially in electric vehicle technology, to advise on best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- Age: Between 30 and 45 years.
- Driving Experience: At least 1 year of professional driving experience, with proven expertise in operating electric cars and European‑brand vehicles.
- Licenses: Valid Indonesian KTP and a clean Class A (SIM A) driving license.
- Personal Vehicle: Ownership of a personal motorcycle for auxiliary transport and emergency use.
- Technology: Possession of an Android smartphone equipped with a minimum of 4 GB RAM.
- Geographic Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the JABODETABEK metropolitan area, including major highways, toll roads, and shortcuts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication etiquette, high level of professionalism, discretion, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with loading items and remain seated for extended periods while maintaining alertness.
