Introduction
SPX Express, a leading provider of express logistics and supply‑chain solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Koordinator Implementasi to join our North Jakarta (Sunter) team. The role is pivotal in steering new hub and Security Operations Center (SOC) facilities from the planning stage through live operation, ensuring seamless integration with all internal and external stakeholders. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (09:30‑18:30) and offers a collaborative environment where fresh graduates and seasoned professionals alike can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate alignment with all stakeholders—including hub managers, SOC teams, IT, and external partners—during the transition from facility preparation to live operation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks for each new facility by collaborating with cross‑functional departments such as safety, quality, and finance.
- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders throughout the go‑live process, promptly flagging any abnormal procedures or issues and driving swift resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate SOPs, and industry standards during both the go‑live phase and ongoing post‑implementation activities.
- Lead on‑site set‑up of new SOC facilities, overseeing equipment installation, safety checks, and team readiness to guarantee a secure and efficient launch.
- Develop and maintain detailed implementation roadmaps, status reports, and risk registers for senior management review.
- Facilitate training sessions for operational staff on new processes, tools, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the continuous improvement team to capture lessons learned and embed best practices into future roll‑outs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in an express or logistics environment; fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of handling complex operational challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello) and data‑analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
- Flexibility to work on‑site in Sunter, North Jakarta, and occasional travel to other hub locations.
- Knowledge of logistics management, facility mapping, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
