Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer‑service teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and forecast future sales pipelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar sales or business development role.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a pleasant, engaging personality.
  • Strong passion for people, service excellence, and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Preferably a resident of Bandung or surrounding areas to facilitate local market coverage.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
