Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Audit Income Financial Specialist to join our dynamic hospitality finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, revenue verification, and compliance with internal controls across our hotel and restaurant operations. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and periodic audits of income statements, cash receipts, and bank deposits to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile hotel and restaurant revenue streams, including room charges, food & beverage sales, and ancillary services.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, prepare detailed audit reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with front‑office, housekeeping, and F&B managers to ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Maintain and update audit checklists, procedures, and internal control matrices in line with industry best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of month‑end and year‑end financial statements, providing supporting schedules and analysis.
- Participate in internal and external audit engagements, supplying required data and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Deliver training sessions for staff on revenue handling, cash management, and compliance standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue integrity and report trends to senior management.
- Work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous coverage of audit activities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree); candidates with a relevant D3/S1 degree are preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in hotel or restaurant financial operations or a similar audit role. Fresh graduates may be considered for entry‑level “Daily Worker” positions with a clear pathway for advancement.

- Technical Skills:

- Availability to work a shift schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend and holiday assignments.
