Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Field Sales Executive to join our rapidly expanding team in Jakarta Utara. This pivotal role focuses on expanding our presence in the vape market by building strong relationships with retail partners and distributors, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of proven field sales experience, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ambition to exceed monthly targets.

Responsibilities

  • Visit and develop relationships with vape shops, specialty stores, and regional distributors across the Jakarta Utara territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and provide training to retail staff to increase product knowledge and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Identify and qualify new sales prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Collect market intelligence—including competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer preferences—and relay insights to the marketing and product teams.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, timely sales reports, forecast data, and activity logs using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate order fulfillment, ensuring on‑time delivery and proper inventory levels at partner locations.
  • Participate in regional sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to stay updated on product launches and sales strategies.
  • Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry compliance standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required beyond the 5‑year minimum).
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational needs).
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on field sales experience, preferably within the vape, tobacco, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
