- Handle payment transactions efficiently, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts while adhering to cash‑handling procedures.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to coordinate seamless service during peak periods.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve minor concerns on the spot, and elevate any issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking of condiments, and preparation of service stations before each shift.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA).
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
- Polished appearance, friendly demeanor, and courteous communication style.
- Core personal attributes: honesty, discipline, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Residence within a reasonable commuting distance to the Greenlake City location.
- Proficiency in basic POS systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
