Luwes Gentan is a rapidly growing retail brand seeking a dynamic and motivated Pemimpin Outlet to lead one of our flagship stores. The successful candidate will be the face of the outlet, responsible for driving sales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and managing a small team of staff members. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing a stable environment for professional growth within the retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of up to six employees, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work culture.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the outlet is attractive and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze daily reports, and implement action plans to achieve or exceed targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a consistently excellent service experience.
- Conduct regular staff trainings on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Utilize an Android smartphone for communication, scheduling, and real‑time reporting.
Requirements

- Age: 25‑35 years old.
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree) or equivalent; D1 acceptable with relevant experience.
- Physical fitness: Healthy both physically and mentally; maintain an appropriate height and weight ratio.
- Work experience: At least 6 months in retail, hospitality, or a related operational role.
- Leadership ability: Proven experience managing a small team (up to 6 members) and resolving HR issues decisively.
- Personal traits: Mature thinking, quick‑thinking, diligent, honest, disciplined, and presentable with a tidy, professional appearance.
- Availability: Not currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Transportation: Own a personal vehicle and possess a functional Android smartphone for work‑related tasks.
- Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
