Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Steward Layanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic hospitality team. This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing top‑notch food and beverage service while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. As a steward, you will be the front line of our customer experience, representing the brand with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a courteous manner.
- Assist the kitchen and service staff by preparing and replenishing dining areas, including setting tables, refilling condiments, and restocking supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area, kitchen, and service stations in accordance with health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, take orders accurately, and communicate special requests to the kitchen promptly.
- Monitor the dining floor for any spills, broken glass, or other hazards and address them immediately to ensure guest safety.
- Support the food and beverage team during peak periods by delivering orders, clearing tables, and resetting for the next service.
- Document and report any guest feedback, complaints, or service issues to the shift supervisor for timely resolution.
- Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Adhere to the company’s uniform and grooming standards, presenting a polished appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred to meet the specific staffing needs of the role.
- Age: Must be 45 years old or younger.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key Attributes: Honesty, strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, ability to follow instructions, and good interpersonal communication.
- Availability: Must be able to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
