Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven GRO & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, cultivating relationships with key clients, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong orientation toward targets, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers across various channels, including direct visits, phone outreach, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals that align with client needs and company offerings.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline by tracking leads, updating CRM systems, and following up on opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined execution of sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and contribute to promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular site visits and on‑site assessments to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long‑term relationships.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations, including the use of a valid Garda Pratama (security guard) certification when required.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Certification: Possession of a valid Garda Pratama (Satpam) license.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities; quick responsiveness, attention to detail, and perseverance.
  • Personal Traits: Target‑oriented mindset, high level of integrity, and a willingness to start immediately.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
