Introduction

Adira Multifinance is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Petugas Penagihan Remedial to join our Tegal, Jawa Tengah branch. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and supporting the company’s financial health. The successful candidate will work closely with the credit, sales, and operations teams to drive collection performance, uphold compliance standards, and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end process of overdue account collections, ensuring all actions are completed within established deadlines.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of A/R overdue portfolios, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection activities accordingly.
  • Contact borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans, resolve disputes, and secure timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection interactions in the company’s CRM system, documenting promises to pay, settlement agreements, and any escalations.
  • Collaborate with the credit analysis team to verify borrower information, assess credit risk, and recommend appropriate collection strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection performance, delinquency trends, and recovery rates for senior management review.
  • Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the collection department, contributing ideas for process improvements and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, Indonesian financial regulations, and consumer protection laws throughout the collection process.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, share best practices, and assist junior staff members in handling complex cases.
  • Represent Adira at external stakeholder meetings, such as partner banks and legal counsel, when collection matters require escalation.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any field; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Male candidates only, as specified by the current posting.
  • Age limit: maximum 33 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial services role; experience in multifinance is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Proficient in using office productivity software and collection management systems.
  • Willingness to work at the Adira branch office in Tegal, in accordance with the candidate’s domicile.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
