Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Telemarketing Reguler Penjualan Mobil to join our fast‑growing automotive sales team. This full‑time position is based in a modern office environment and offers the opportunity to engage directly with prospective car buyers, manage inventory flow, and contribute to the overall growth of our dealership network. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about automobiles, possesses strong communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that vehicle stock levels are continuously monitored and maintained to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule showroom appointments.
  • Present product features, financing options, and promotional offers to potential customers with confidence and professionalism.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions, adhering to company pricing policies and ethical standards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports on a weekly basis, analyzing trends and providing insights for management.
  • Provide in‑person assistance to walk‑in customers, delivering product information, test‑drive arrangements, and after‑sales support.
  • Collaborate closely with the inventory, finance, and service departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system, documenting all customer interactions, preferences, and follow‑up actions.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about new vehicle models, industry developments, and sales techniques.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, open houses, and community outreach activities to boost brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building lasting customer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for special promotions.
