Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Pengambilan Order (TO) – Area Lubuk Linggau (Lahat) to join our fast‑growing FMCG team. This role is based in the vibrant city of Lubuk Linggau and requires the candidate to actively cover the surrounding districts, building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and end‑customers. As a key member of our sales force, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, ensuring that product orders are accurately captured, delivered on time, and that our market presence continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned outlets and retail locations within the Lubuk Linggau (Lahat) area to take daily orders for a portfolio of FMCG products.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of product specifications, promotional offers, and pricing structures to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing agents, acting as their trusted point of contact.
- Enter order information into the company’s mobile sales system, ensuring data accuracy and timely transmission to the logistics team.
- Monitor stock levels at each outlet, provide feedback on market trends, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and order volume goals, contributing to overall regional performance.
- Prepare and submit regular field reports, including sales activity, competitor observations, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the distribution and delivery teams to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, returns, or product availability.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical standards while representing the brand in the field.
Requirements
- Residency in or near Lubuk Linggau (Lahat) with willingness to travel throughout the designated territory.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector (direct sales, canvassing, or territory sales).
- Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C driving licence.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
- Proficient in using Android smartphones, mobile apps, and basic office software for order entry and reporting.
- High level of self‑motivation, discipline, and commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Ability to understand and map the local market geography, identifying high‑potential outlets.
- Open to working Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak promotional periods.
