We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat Bahasa Inggris to provide personalized English instruction for senior high school (SMA) students. Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and deliver customized English lessons for high‑school students, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including interactive activities, multimedia resources, and real‑world communication scenarios.
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments, essays, and oral presentations, guiding students toward continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student progress reports for parents and school administrators.
- Coordinate with parents and guardians to discuss student performance, address concerns, and recommend supplemental study strategies.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in English language education, incorporating best practices and emerging digital tools.
- Manage classroom discipline and create a safe, supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and participation.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and peer‑review sessions to enhance instructional techniques.
- Adhere to the agreed teaching schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 16:00, with additional availability as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in Education or English language studies is preferred.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring organization).
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Teaching experience: At least 0‑1 year of private tutoring or classroom teaching experience; fresh graduates with strong subject mastery are welcome.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) and a solid grasp of Indonesian language for effective bilingual explanations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to motivate teenage learners.
- Proficiency with digital learning platforms, online resources, and basic classroom technology.
- Reliable transportation to the teaching site at Ringinsari, Kandat, and punctuality for the scheduled sessions.
- Commitment to the work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with specific lesson times on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at 16:00.
- Demonstrated skill in developing teaching materials and adapting content to diverse learning styles.
