Introduction
The Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) – Samosir position is a pivotal role within our multifinance organization, focused on managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and supporting branch operations in handling problematic partners. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of overdue A/R collection, ensuring all outstanding payments are pursued promptly and in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers for direct collection efforts, building rapport while emphasizing the importance of timely repayment.
- Assist branch offices in resolving issues with problematic partners, providing data‑driven insights and coordinated action plans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
- Initiate and execute the withdrawal of assets from high‑risk customers, following legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Document all collection activities accurately in the company’s CRM system, maintaining up‑to‑date records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to identify early warning signs of delinquency and recommend preventive measures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on collection best practices, regulatory changes, and negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Open to candidates with no prior experience; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Minimum age of 18 years, with a maximum age limit of 65 years.
- All educational levels are accepted; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including persuasive negotiation skills.
- High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in all professional dealings.
- Possession of a SPPI (Surat Pengalaman Penagihan Indonesia) card is a plus but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends, with core hours from 08:00 to 16:00.
