Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team in Atambua, Nusa Tenggara Timur. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to represent our company’s product portfolio, build strong relationships with both existing and new customers, and contribute directly to the growth of our market presence in the region. The successful candidate will work closely with distribution channels, dealers, and end‑consumers, ensuring smooth order processing, credit application management, and after‑sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s range of products to existing customers and prospect new clients across the Atambua area.
  • Generate and secure orders through various distribution channels, including direct dealer relationships and third‑party distributors.
  • Collect initial customer data, verify information, and prepare complete credit application packages in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintaining clear communication with both dealers and customers regarding status updates and final decisions.
  • Inform customers of payment terms, due dates, and payment locations, ensuring they understand all contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments—such as finance, logistics, and after‑sales service—to guarantee timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as order volume, conversion rates, and credit approval timelines.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide strategic input to the sales management team.
  • Represent the company at local trade events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study) – graduates are welcome.
  • Age limit: maximum 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar sales or distribution role; fresh graduates with strong internships are also considered.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Strong sales orientation, able to meet or exceed targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional travel within the designated domicile area.
