This front‑line role is essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our manufacturing and warehouse facilities. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain floor‑scrubbing (Kang Lap) machines and industrial vacuum units according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform daily cleaning cycles for production areas, storage rooms, and common zones, ensuring no residue or debris remains.
- Inspect equipment before and after use, reporting any malfunctions to the supervisor and performing basic troubleshooting.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities, equipment usage, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring cleaning supplies and notifying the procurement team when re‑stocking is required.
- Collaborate with fellow operators and supervisory staff to coordinate shift handovers and ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with new cleaning technologies and industry best practices.
- Uphold company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and conduct, especially during peak periods such as the Idul Fitri holiday.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged between 17 and 30 years.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated honesty, friendliness, strong communication skills, and a commitment to being on‑time.
- Willingness to remain on duty during the upcoming Idul Fitri period and not travel back to hometown.
- Capability to follow daily work rules and safety protocols without supervision.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene management and a keen eye for detail.
