Introduction

To sustain our growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Penjualan Institusi FMCG to lead a team of sales professionals in the Daan Mogot area. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight, hands‑on coaching, and rigorous performance monitoring to drive sales excellence and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, implement, and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales processes and procedures for each salesman operating in assigned outlets.
  • Direct and assess distribution targets, ensuring that every outlet receives the right product mix on time and that salespeople meet their quota.
  • Control overdue receivables by coordinating with the sales team on billing, following up on collections, and promptly reporting any financial discrepancies.
  • Cross‑check salesman visit plans, develop weekly work schedules, and verify the execution of the Daily Key Schedule (DKS) for each representative.
  • Monitor promotional programs, conduct on‑site audits, and prepare detailed Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP) for any changes in active or inactive customers.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and propose corrective actions to senior management to improve market penetration.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing regular coaching, performance feedback, and training sessions for the sales force.
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s) in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Sales Supervisor or Sales Coordinator role, preferably within an FMCG distribution environment.
  • Proven knowledge of the Daan Mogot market and surrounding territories.
  • Strong grasp of sales and distribution concepts, including channel management, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
  • Valid SIM A (driving license) for field visits.
  • Excellent communication skills, a results‑oriented mindset, and natural leadership ability.
