Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Privat Fisika to provide high‑quality, one‑on‑one instruction to senior high school (SMA) and vocational (SMK) students preparing for their regular curriculum as well as national examinations such as UTBK and SKD CPNS. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or an experienced educator with a strong academic background in physics or a related scientific discipline, a passion for teaching, and a willingness to continuously improve pedagogical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized physics lessons that align with the Indonesian national curriculum and exam specifications.
- Prepare students for major assessments, including the UTBK (University Entrance Test) and SKD CPNS (Civil Service Selection), by creating practice problems, mock exams, and review sessions.
- Assess each learner’s strengths and weaknesses through diagnostic tests and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide feedback on student development and recommend study plans.
- Stay current with advances in physics education, incorporating digital tools, simulations, and interactive labs into lessons.
- Participate in periodic training workshops and professional development seminars offered by the organization.
- Uphold a disciplined, punctual, and professional work ethic, adhering to the scheduled hours of Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence in tackling complex concepts.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physics, Engineering, or a related pure science field; a Master’s degree (S2) is a plus.
- Academic performance: GPA (IPK) of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Open to all genders; candidates must be able to work with diverse student populations.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, optionally, English for bilingual instruction.
- Demonstrated ability to teach school‑level subjects (TKA) and, for specialized candidates, the capacity to tutor Bahasa Indonesia for UTBK and SKD CPNS.
- High level of commitment, discipline, and reliability; willingness to work six days a week.
- Passion for education and a growth mindset—candidates must be eager to upgrade teaching skills regularly.
- Excellent organizational abilities, time‑management, and the capacity to motivate students of varying aptitude levels.
