Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and engage new customers while nurturing relationships with existing accounts to expand market share.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s product range, highlighting key benefits and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Capture orders from distribution channels, gather initial customer data, and verify the accuracy of all required documentation.
- Prepare and submit credit applications, collaborating with the finance team to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers, and guide them through any follow‑up steps.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, ensuring transparency and reducing payment delays.
- Maintain detailed sales records in the CRM system, generate weekly reports on pipeline status, and provide insights on market trends.
- Coordinate with logistics, after‑sales service, and marketing teams to guarantee product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, contribute ideas for promotional activities, and support the development of sales strategies.
- Uphold company policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales or a similar role; experience in credit processing is a strong plus.
- Proven ability in sales management, negotiation, and customer relationship building.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C.
- Willingness to be placed in a location that matches the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Key competencies: sales orientation, target‑driven mindset, ability to understand and achieve sales targets.
