Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of hair services including cutting, trimming, styling, smoothing treatments, cream baths, and color applications with precision and creativity.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look, recommend suitable styles, and provide personalized hair care advice.
- Execute advanced eyelash services (e.g., extensions, lifts) when applicable, adding value to the salon’s service portfolio.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations in the hair and beauty industry through continuous education and training.
- Mentor junior stylists and apprentices, offering guidance on technical skills, client interaction, and professional etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, ensuring optimal client flow and minimal wait times.
- Promote retail products, upsell additional treatments, and contribute to the salon’s revenue targets.
- Handle client feedback constructively, addressing concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the salon management team to develop promotional events and seasonal service packages.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per client preferences for certain services).
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in hair cutting, smoothing, cream bath, or related treatments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hair care techniques; knowledge of eyelash services is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Polite, friendly, and adaptable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliability: Ability to work the designated schedule – Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
