Our vibrant and upscale beauty salon is seeking a dedicated Professional Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our salon, you will work Monday through Sunday (Tuesday – Sunday schedule) and contribute to an atmosphere that prioritizes high standards, customer satisfaction, and continuous professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, trimming, blow‑drying, coloring, highlighting, and specialized treatments.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desired look, recommend suitable styles, and advise on hair care routines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in hair fashion, products, and techniques, integrating them into daily services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with salon hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other stylists, receptionists, and management to ensure smooth workflow and optimal client experiences.
- Manage appointment schedules, handle client check‑ins, and provide accurate time estimates for each service.
- Promote salon products and services, contributing to sales targets through upselling and personalized recommendations.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and promotional events to continuously improve skills.
- Adhere to the salon’s code of conduct, demonstrating professionalism, honesty, discipline, and responsibility at all times.
Requirements
- Female, maximum age 35 years; unmarried and not currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a salon environment; fresh graduates are also welcome if they show strong potential.
- Proven ability to work full‑time with a punctual and reliable attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, courteous demeanor, and a positive attitude toward clients and teammates.
- Strong teamwork orientation and the capacity to follow salon standards and protocols.
- Skill set includes beauty and hair care consultation, knowledge of hair treatment products, and basic color theory.
- Willingness to work the designated schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 09:30 – 18:00, with one day off per week.
