Supermarket Ratu Indah Makassar is expanding its digital footprint and is looking for a dynamic WhatsApp Hero to join our online sales team. The role focuses on managing customer orders, maintaining accurate product information, and delivering a seamless shopping experience through WhatsApp and other e‑commerce channels. Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming orders from WhatsApp, the supermarket’s website, and third‑party e‑commerce platforms.
- Verify order details against real‑time inventory, confirming product availability and delivery timelines.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, stock levels, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Update product listings, stock quantities, and pricing information on all online channels on a daily basis.
- Assist the marketing team by uploading promotional banners, new product photos, and descriptive copy to the online store.
- Create and schedule broadcast messages to inform customers about flash sales, seasonal discounts, and new arrivals.
- Collaborate with the warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies between online data and physical stock.
- Track key performance indicators such as order processing time, customer satisfaction scores, and conversion rates, reporting insights to the supervisor.
- Participate in shift rotations, including evenings and weekends, to provide continuous support for customers across different time zones.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the product range, market trends, and competitor activities to offer informed recommendations to shoppers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 26 years old.

- No prior work experience required, though experience as an online shop administrator is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with popular marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak) and social media tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries calmly and professionally.
- Proficient in using smartphones, messaging apps, and basic office software (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings or late evenings, as needed.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced retail environment.
