Responsibilities

- Incorporate Islamic values and Qur’an recitation into daily classroom activities, ensuring students develop both intellectual and spiritual competencies.
- Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and respect.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best teaching practices.
- Participate in parent‑teacher conferences, communicating student progress and addressing any concerns.
- Engage in continuous professional development, including workshops on modern pedagogical techniques and Islamic education.
- Contribute to school events, extracurricular activities, and community outreach programs.
- Uphold school policies, adhere to attendance schedules (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00), and model exemplary behavior for students.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in PGSD or a related education field.
- Age: Not older than 35 years.
- Faith: Muslim/Muslimah with a strong personal commitment to Islamic teachings.
- Proficiency in reading and reciting the Al‑Qur’an fluently.
- Prior teaching experience is highly preferred, though fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating cooperation and flexibility.
