Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Channeling for our Tanjung Pinang (Kepulauan Riau) office. The role is a cornerstone of our distribution network, linking local merchants, agents, and financing partners to deliver seamless credit solutions for durable goods. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Sales Head Channeling, driving revenue growth while upholding the high standards of service that our customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities in line with the strategic direction set by the Sales Head Channeling, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify, acquire, and nurture new business opportunities across the region by establishing strong relationships with AXI agents, retail outlets, durable‑goods merchants, and other Adira Finance channels.
- Process consumer credit applications: gather required documentation, verify authenticity, and input initial data into the CRM system with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct vehicle or equipment appraisals (taksasi) for financing proposals, obtaining necessary approvals from the Sales Head before submission.
- Perform on‑site surveys of prospective borrowers, document findings, and upload detailed reports to the internal application platform, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay market insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback from the field.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow‑up and proper documentation of each sales stage.
- Represent the company at local trade shows, community events, and dealer gatherings to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably in automotive, consumer electronics, or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or loan‑processing software.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals and company policies.
