We are excited to announce an open position for a Management Trainee (MT) Sales Supervisor covering the dynamic regions of Palembang, Jambi, and Lampung. Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor will act as the operational backbone of our sales teams, ensuring that daily activities align with strategic objectives and that the organization consistently meets or exceeds its revenue targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales quotas.
  • Develop and implement territory plans for Palembang, Jambi, and Lampur​g, adapting tactics to local market conditions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill‑building workshops to enhance team competency.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and expense reports, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, customer visits, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

Successful candidates will demonstrate a blend of academic foundation, personal drive, and practical skills essential for a supervisory role in sales.

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or any related field; all majors are welcome provided they possess strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Age: No upper age limit; we focus on capability and potential.
  • Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
  • Licenses: Valid SIM A & SIM C (Indonesian driving licenses) required for regional travel.
  • Core Skills: Sales & marketing, target achievement, data analysis, strategic accounting, interpersonal communication, problem solving, time management, and team leadership.
  • Personal Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, strong organizational mindset, high learning agility, and a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
  • Extracurricular: Active involvement in university or community organizations demonstrating leadership potential.
