Introduction
PT. Morowali Energi & Finance is seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Officer Kredit Marketing & Penagihan Lapangan to join our expanding team in Morowali. The successful candidate will be the frontline ambassador of our credit products, engaging directly with prospective borrowers, conducting on‑site surveys, and ensuring that credit proposals are both attractive and compliant with internal risk standards. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and market the company’s credit facilities to individuals and small‑medium enterprises seeking financing.
- Conduct initial consultations with applicants to understand their financing needs and explain product features, terms, and repayment options.
- Perform thorough on‑site surveys of applicants’ residences or business premises to verify collateral, assess property condition, and gather supporting documentation.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals and submit them to the underwriting team, highlighting key risk factors and recommended loan structures.
- Follow up with approved borrowers to coordinate disbursement, sign loan agreements, and schedule repayment reminders.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, survey findings, and documentation in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the collection department to monitor delinquent accounts, issue reminders, and arrange payment plans when necessary.
- Provide regular feedback to the product development team on market trends, common borrower concerns, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes, new credit products, and effective negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No upper limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0‑2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or credit administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proficiency in using mobile communication tools (smartphone, WhatsApp, email) for field reporting.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly MS Office and CRM software.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in the field.
