Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing glassware, and restocking utensils.
- Assist in the preparation of simple dishes or side items as directed by the kitchen team, especially during peak service periods.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, addressing any concerns or special requests immediately.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, following company procedures for billing and receipt issuance.
- Collaborate with fellow waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to health‑and‑safety standards.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service protocols.
- Support inventory control by reporting low stock items and assisting with basic stock checks.
- Uphold the brand’s image by adhering to dress code, grooming standards, and courteous communication at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; specialized training in hospitality (for female candidates) or culinary arts (for male candidates) is preferred.
- Age limit: Female applicants up to 22 years old; male applicants up to 24 years old.
