Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Administrator E‑Commerce to join our dynamic online retail team. In this role you will be the backbone of our marketplace operations, ensuring product listings, promotions, pricing, and advertising are flawlessly managed across multiple platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and others. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, possesses strong analytical abilities, and is comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp and marketplace chat tools.
Responsibilities
- Upload new SKUs, update promotions and pricing on a weekly and conditional basis across all e‑commerce channels.
- Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns, including live‑streaming ad placements.
- Conduct competitive price analysis, prepare reports, and recommend pricing adjustments to stay ahead of rivals.
- Track daily sales and inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy in both internal systems and external platforms.
- Achieve the gross profit targets set by management through strategic pricing and promotional activities.
- Provide end‑to‑end order administration, from order receipt to post‑sale customer service via WhatsApp and marketplace messaging.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to confirm stock availability and timely dispatch.
- Analyze ad performance metrics, generate insights, and adjust bids or creative assets for optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure accurate product information, especially for IT‑related items.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and daily operational reports.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as an online admin or marketplace manager.
- Proven experience managing e‑commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, Lazada, TikTok, AkuLaku, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, data visualization).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret competitor pricing and advertising data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of IT products or a willingness to quickly learn product specifications.
- Retail background is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexible to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:30 – 17:00.
