Responsibilities
The Branch Operations Manager will be the cornerstone of daily store performance, overseeing all aspects of retail operations while fostering a high‑energy, customer‑centric environment. Key duties include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a multidisciplinary team of sales associates, inventory specialists, and support staff.
- Managing inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing shrinkage, and coordinating with the central logistics hub.
- Analyzing sales data, customer trends, and KPI dashboards to make data‑driven decisions.
- Overseeing visual merchandising, store layout, and promotional activities to enhance the shopper experience.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
- Handling escalated customer issues with professionalism and turning challenges into loyalty opportunities.
- Collaborating with regional managers on budget planning, staffing forecasts, and new store openings.
- Preparing regular performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
