To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for a motivated Intern Operasi Bisnis dan Pengembangan Strategi who will assist our operations team in ensuring service excellence, managing partner onboarding, and building robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities
- Assist the quality control team by monitoring service delivery metrics, identifying gaps, and recommending corrective actions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end partner registration process, including data entry, verification, and maintenance of the partner database.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to draft, review, and update daily operational SOPs, ensuring they reflect best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Support the preparation of weekly performance dashboards and provide insights that help improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align operational workflows with strategic objectives.
- Conduct ad‑hoc market and competitor research to inform strategic recommendations for process enhancements.
- Assist in organizing and documenting training sessions for new partners and internal staff.
- Contribute ideas for automating repetitive tasks using basic data‑analysis tools or simple scripts.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in the final semester (semester 6 or higher) of a relevant program such as Teknik Industri, Manajemen Operasional, Sistem Informasi, or a comparable field; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
- High level of initiative, problem‑solving ability, and a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable working on‑site (WFO) at our Surakarta office; a fully equipped mess is provided.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment with flexible working hours (Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑16:00).
- Basic knowledge of industrial engineering concepts, information systems, and management analysis.
- Familiarity with data‑management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and a willingness to learn new software quickly.
