As a People Development Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the capabilities of our staff, franchise partners, and outlet teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional service that aligns with Anemone’s core values and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions using standardized methods and the Anemone curriculum to create enjoyable, meaningful learning experiences.
- Conduct a variety of trainings for employees, covering soft skills, product knowledge, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and more.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve creative training modules that are relevant, interactive, and supportive of team competency growth across all outlets.
- Facilitate the professional development of franchisee and partner personnel, fostering a positive work ethic and reinforcing company culture.
- Prepare comprehensive post‑training reports that track participant progress, highlight learning outcomes, and recommend follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Marketing teams to align training initiatives with business objectives and emerging market trends.
- Utilize modern presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.) and incorporate innovative techniques such as role‑plays, simulations, and interactive workshops.
- Maintain a training calendar, ensure timely delivery of all scheduled sessions, and adapt content to meet the diverse needs of adult learners.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1); preferred fields: Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communication, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience in training, learning & development, or HR is an advantage, though fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and public‑speaking skills, with confidence presenting to individuals and groups of varying sizes.
- Ability to structure training material in a clear, logical, and easily digestible format.
- Creative mindset for developing interactive learning methods, including role‑plays, gamified activities, and blended learning solutions.
- Proficiency with presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and familiarity with e‑learning platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire learners.

- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 17:00.
