Responsibilities
The Operational Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our store. Key duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation.
- Monitoring inventory levels, receiving shipments, and performing accurate stock counts using the store management system.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and back‑office area.
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, offering recommendations, and handling returns or exchanges professionally.
- Coordinating with suppliers and the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Preparing and updating daily sales reports, loss‑prevention logs, and other operational documents.
- Supporting promotional activities, product displays, and seasonal merchandising plans.
- Participating in regular team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvements.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and security protocols, including emergency procedures.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who meet the following essential criteria and possess the soft skills needed to thrive in a fast‑paced retail setting:
- Female, unmarried, and residing in the city of Payakumbuh.
- Maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Ability to perform the five daily prayers (Sholat 5 Waktu) as part of personal discipline.
- Strong sense of honesty, discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork abilities; comfortable collaborating with colleagues across departments.
- Basic proficiency with store management software and a willingness to learn advanced features.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
