Responsibilities

- Process transactions efficiently using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, always striving for a positive outcome.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, sharing best practices and supporting peers during peak periods.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock items, and assist in inventory counts as needed.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay current on new arrivals, promotions, and technical specifications.
- Uphold store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Work effectively under pressure during promotional events, holidays, and high‑traffic periods.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by following health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling stressful situations and meeting tight deadlines.
