Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and efficient assistance to passengers, including boarding, seating, and disembarking procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness of passenger cabins, restrooms, and common areas, following strict sanitation protocols.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards, ensuring proper presentation and temperature control.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisory team.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to coordinate cabin services, respond to passenger requests, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular safety checks, including emergency equipment inspections and adherence to fire safety regulations.
- Document daily activities, incident reports, and cleaning logs to maintain transparent operational records.
- Adapt to changing schedules and work under tight timelines, especially during peak travel periods or special events.
- Uphold company policies on hygiene, food safety, and passenger privacy at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in passenger service, hospitality, or related cleaning roles.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Capacity to perform under pressure, especially during high‑traffic periods.
- All educational levels accepted; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and navigate tight cabin spaces.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility to work a six‑day work week (Monday to Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
