Introduction
SPX Express is seeking a proactive Koordinator Implementasi to join our growing logistics network in Deli Serdang, Sumatra Utara. This role is pivotal in preparing new warehouse hubs for go‑live, ensuring seamless handover to operations, and supporting the continuous expansion of our Sortation Centers across Indonesia. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management abilities with hands‑on problem‑solving skills, and will thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the readiness of each hub for go‑live, verifying that all functional requirements—manpower, HSE golden rules, equipment, renovation, line‑haul transport, and internet connectivity—are fully satisfied.
- Coordinate the set‑up of warehouse Sortation Centers on‑site, translating Operation Excellence team designs into practical, safe, and efficient layouts.
- Facilitate the hand‑over process of warehouse facilities before and after operational launch, working directly with the operations team to align procedures and resolve any gaps.
- Develop and maintain detailed implementation schedules, ensuring milestones are met while managing risks and escalating issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety standards, quality controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for senior management, highlighting achievements, bottlenecks, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including procurement, engineering, IT, and HSE—to secure resources and align on project objectives.
- Provide on‑the‑ground support during the initial operational phase, troubleshooting equipment failures, staffing shortages, or process deviations.
- Travel to multiple hub locations across Indonesia as required, ensuring consistent implementation standards nationwide.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in any field; logistics, engineering, or business administration is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an express or logistics company, managing projects and implementation activities on a national scale.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the confidence to coordinate diverse teams and negotiate with external vendors.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and technology integration.
- Willingness to travel frequently and relocate to Deli Serdang, Sumatra Utara for the duration of the assignment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 09:30 – 18:30, with occasional overtime during critical launch periods.
