Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures, ensuring optimal output and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and report any malfunctions to the shift supervisor promptly.
- Execute quality‑control checks at each production stage, documenting results and taking corrective actions when specifications are not met.
- Manage material flow on the shop floor, including loading raw materials, handling work‑in‑process inventory, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
- Maintain accurate production logs, shift handover reports, and safety checklists in compliance with company policies.
- Participate actively in daily briefings, safety talks, and continuous‑improvement meetings, offering suggestions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily targets, supporting colleagues in peak periods and ensuring a smooth, cooperative work atmosphere.
- Uphold strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, wearing personal protective equipment and promoting a clean, orderly workspace.
- Observe and respect the five daily prayers (Sholat 5 Waktu) as part of the company’s cultural and religious accommodation policy.
- Demonstrate punctuality, honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility in all assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or older; candidates must already be married (as per the specific cultural criteria).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates or individuals seeking a career change are welcome.
- Personal attributes: integrity, discipline, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Commitment to performing the five daily prayers (Sholat 5 Waktu) and respecting the company’s religious practices.
- Basic understanding of production line dynamics and an eagerness to learn about manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 kg, standing for long periods, and working in a temperature‑controlled environment.
- Skill in production team management (Manajemen Tim Produksi) is considered an advantage.
