Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and schematic design solutions using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V‑Ray, D5, and other industry‑standard visualization tools.
- Produce detailed construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to integrate technical requirements and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and design narratives that clearly communicate design intent.
- Participate in site visits and field inspections to verify design implementation, gather as‑built information, and address on‑site issues.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation through effective use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) platforms when applicable.
- Conduct design research on materials, sustainable strategies, and emerging technologies to enrich project outcomes.
- Provide support in cost estimating, material take‑offs, and value engineering studies.
- Maintain organized project files, drawing logs, and revision control to ensure smooth hand‑over to construction teams.
- Continuously improve personal technical skills through training, workshops, and mentorship from senior staff.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture; any educational level is accepted for consideration if complemented by relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V‑Ray, D5, and other architectural visualization software.
- Working knowledge of BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) is a strong plus.
- Understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, and interior design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Indonesian; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated discipline, responsibility, and a proactive, creative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage client expectations.
