Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Cirebon department store. The ideal candidate will be a motivated young woman, aged 20‑25, with a minimum high school education and at least one year of experience in retail fashion or beauty sales.
Responsibilities
- Promote and recommend a wide range of fashion and beauty products to customers, tailoring suggestions to individual needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by store management.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each visitor feels welcomed, valued, and well‑informed.
- Conduct regular stock‑taking (stock opname) procedures according to the store schedule, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support smooth store operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and visual display standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising tasks such as arranging new arrivals, creating eye‑catching displays, and ensuring product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Handle point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions efficiently, processing sales, returns, and exchanges while maintaining cash register accuracy.
- Participate in shift handovers, communicating any issues, stock discrepancies, or customer feedback to the next team.
- Support promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns by preparing materials and engaging customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Age: 20 – 25 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Work Experience: At least 1 year in retail fashion or beauty sales
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency with cash register and POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends
- Personal Attributes:
