Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide detailed product information, demonstrate features, and recommend appropriate items based on customer needs.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling, and promotional activities.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are clean, organized, and attractive.
- Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and electronic payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist in periodic stock‑taking exercises.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to a cohesive store atmosphere.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and loss‑prevention procedures at all times.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management to help improve product assortments and service quality.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new product lines, sales techniques, and retail best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; age limit flexible (typically 18–35 years).
- No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in retail sales is essential.
- Professional appearance: neat, well‑groomed, without visible tattoos or piercings.
- Physical and mental health certification (surat keterangan sehat) and a clean criminal record (SKCK) are mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
- Demonstrated teamwork spirit and the ability to work toward collective targets.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and adherence to company rules.
