Introduction

Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments accurately.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Verify price tags, promotional discounts, and loyalty program benefits during checkout.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked checkout area, including receipt paper, bags, and promotional materials.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, location guidance, and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with floor staff to resolve inventory issues, stock shortages, or pricing errors.
- Contribute to loss‑prevention efforts by monitoring suspicious activity and adhering to security procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new products, sales techniques, and system upgrades.
- Work flexible hours, including Saturdays, to meet the store’s operational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of retail or cashier experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and reliability.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Honest, responsible, and able to uphold the highest standards of integrity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated capability to perform well under high‑traffic, high‑pressure situations.
- Familiarity with modern cash register systems and basic computer literacy.
