Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented General Administration Administrator to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position supports the daily operations of the company, ensures smooth coordination of administrative activities, and provides excellent service to both internal staff and the children who visit our facilities. The ideal candidate is a motivated woman, at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent, a pleasant appearance, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all company documents, including filing, archiving, and digitizing records in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meeting rooms for staff and external visitors.
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents and children, answering inquiries courteously and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Assist the HR and training teams by preparing onboarding packets, maintaining employee records, and tracking training attendance.
- Prepare and edit visual content such as promotional images, short videos, and social media posts using tools like CapCut, Canva, and CorelDRAW.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and liaising with the finance department.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and professional.
- Provide translation and proofreading support for English documents, both written and spoken, to guarantee clear communication with international partners.
- Support event planning for children‑focused activities, including logistics, registration, and post‑event reporting.
- Travel to off‑site locations when necessary, using a personal vehicle, to represent the company at community outreach programs.
Requirements
- Female, minimum age of 18 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Attractive and professional appearance.
- Genuine love for working with children and ability to engage with them positively.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and reliability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to learn, attend training sessions, and adapt to new processes.
- Own reliable transportation for commuting and occasional off‑site duties.
- Basic proficiency in image and video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
