We are seeking a dedicated Koki Profesional untuk Operasi Angkringan to join our dynamic street‑food team. This role is essential to delivering the authentic flavors of traditional Indonesian Angkringan cuisine to our growing customer base. As a professional cook, you will be responsible for preparing a diverse menu that includes grilled satay, boiled peanuts, sweet boiled corn, and a variety of signature sauces. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present all Angkringan menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety practices, ensuring the workspace complies with local health regulations.
- Manage daily inventory of raw materials, conduct stock checks, and communicate replenishment needs to the manager.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Develop and suggest new menu variations or seasonal specials that align with customer preferences.
- Train junior kitchen assistants on proper cooking techniques, knife handling, and safe food handling.
- Monitor equipment performance, perform routine cleaning, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate production logs, waste records, and daily sales reports to support operational efficiency.
- Engage with customers when appropriate, sharing insights about the dishes and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMP or higher is preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience cooking Angkringan or similar street‑food menus.
- Proven ability to work efficiently under high‑volume conditions while maintaining consistent food quality.
- Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques, seasoning balance, and traditional Indonesian flavors.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and adapt quickly to menu changes.
- Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
