  • Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including setting and clearing tables, polishing glassware, and adhering to health‑code regulations.
  • Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and manage end‑of‑shift cash reconciliation.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on menu updates, service protocols, and hospitality best practices.
  • Provide feedback to management on guest experiences and suggest improvements to enhance overall service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to all qualified candidates; no upper age limit.
