- Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including setting and clearing tables, polishing glassware, and adhering to health‑code regulations.
- Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and manage end‑of‑shift cash reconciliation.
- Participate in regular training sessions on menu updates, service protocols, and hospitality best practices.
- Provide feedback to management on guest experiences and suggest improvements to enhance overall service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
