Responsibilities

- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness throughout each shift.
- Take customer orders accurately, provide product recommendations, and answer questions about menu items and ingredients.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work station, including regular cleaning of countertops, equipment, and seating areas.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies; notify supervisors of low stock levels.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, performing routine sanitization and following health‑code guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and supervisors, assisting with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Respond calmly and professionally to customer complaints or special requests, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new recipes, seasonal menu items, and service techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
