Based in the bustling Kalitudu distribution hub, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our fruit supply chain runs smoothly, from inbound deliveries to outbound shipments. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound activities, ensuring that all fruit shipments are received, inspected, and dispatched on schedule.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using basic warehouse management tools, performing regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Monitor the condition of perishable goods, enforce proper storage temperatures, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to forecast demand, plan stock levels, and prevent stock‑outs or over‑stock situations.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including packing lists, invoices, and customs paperwork when applicable.
- Assist in the training of new warehouse staff on safety protocols, equipment handling, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, such as optimizing picking routes, reducing handling time, and minimizing product waste.
- Provide technical support to the warehouse team, troubleshooting minor equipment issues and liaising with maintenance vendors.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with at least a junior high school (SMP) background are also welcome.
- Age: No upper age limit; we value competence and motivation above all.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn simple warehouse management software.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to follow instructions and document processes clearly.
- Physical stamina to handle moderate lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in a temperature‑controlled environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- Technical support aptitude – the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist colleagues.
