Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Samarinda, Kalimantan. This position plays a pivotal role in the end‑to‑end processing of business channel orders, ensuring that customer data is accurate, credit applications are evaluated efficiently, and communication flows seamlessly between the sales, credit, and operational teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and possess solid computer literacy to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
- Collect, verify, and input comprehensive consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) and consumer grading, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
- Communicate approval or rejection outcomes to customers promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
- Coordinate with the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to dispatch and track field surveys required for risk assessment.
- Liaise with the Sales Handling Center (SHC) to resolve any outstanding issues on active consumer orders.
- Maintain up‑to‑date electronic archives, ensuring all documents are stored in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in periodic data quality audits and suggest process improvements to reduce errors and enhance throughput.
- Provide administrative support to senior managers, preparing reports on order status, credit approval rates, and operational metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration, credit processing, or a related financial services role.
- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with enterprise‑resource systems (e.g., ACCTION, CRM platforms).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret credit data and assess risk accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; must be able to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also managing independent tasks under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
