In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our delivery fleet and the end‑customers, ensuring that parcels, food, and beverage orders reach their destinations quickly, safely, and with the highest level of service. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily routing and dispatch of runner teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) for same‑day and next‑day deliveries.
- Monitor real‑time delivery progress using GPS tracking tools, adjusting routes on the fly to mitigate traffic congestion or unexpected delays.
- Maintain clear communication channels with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service representatives to resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and distribute daily operational reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery rates, order accuracy, and incident logs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local transportation regulations, and safety standards, conducting regular spot‑checks on equipment and vehicle conditions.
- Manage inventory of delivery supplies (e.g., insulated bags, handheld devices) and coordinate replenishment with procurement.
- Provide on‑site support during peak periods, assisting runners with loading, documentation, and customer hand‑offs.
- Conduct post‑delivery follow‑ups with customers to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions for new runners on service protocols, customer interaction, and proper handling of food and beverage items.
- Work collaboratively with the logistics planning team to forecast demand spikes and adjust staffing levels accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a logistics, courier, or food‑service coordination role.
- Strong communication skills – able to convey instructions clearly and listen actively to team concerns.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and integrity; a track record of dependable performance.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Capacity to perform under pressure, especially during high‑volume periods such as holidays or promotional events.
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with routing or fleet‑management systems.
- Physical fitness to handle occasional lifting of packages up to 15 kg and to stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime when required.
